Unfortunately, we can't reserve any items. It's the same inventory in-store and online. It's updated every 30 minutes.

The vast majority of items available online are also available in-store. There is no difference in price when buying online vs. in-store*.

*There may be a difference in price between online and in-store products due to an upcoming update but it happens on rare occasions.

We use Shopify as an online order platform therefore your credit card information is automatically hidden from us. We do not have access to your credit card number.

We use a third party platform for payment processing. Their criteria for the approval or refusal of your transaction is decided based on the risk factor of your credit card.
Your credit card company may have simply declined the transaction or your credit card may have been detected as a potential fraud.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure that the item meets our return policy requirements. Once approved, a refund notification will be sent to you. Please note it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

You can still return the item as long as the item was not on sale.

Our warranties follows our manufacturers’ warranty. If your product is damaged or defective, we submit a claim within 30 days of your purchase. The specified brand makes the final decision on whether or not the claim is approved as a manufacturing defect.

We offer both personalized and player lettering on selected jerseys. Not all jerseys are eligible for customization. Jerseys must be bought at Premium Soccer. For more information, please email info@premiumsoccer.com .

We only customize jersey purchased from Premium Soccer.

Jersey customization costs around 50 CAD+ tax. Rates may vary.

Your customized jersey will be shipped the same day if we have the lettering in stock. If you wish to place a special order, the lettering may take over 3 weeks to arrive.

Customized jersey are FINAL SALE products. They cannot be exchanged or returned.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the service and products for customized gear such as uniform kits.

We sell the Stadium version of the jersey. Here is the difference between the jerseys:

The Vapor Match jersey: The exact jersey the players wear on the pitch. This version of the jersey costs around 210 CAD. We unfortunately rarely receive these jerseys.

The Stadium/Fan jersey: almost the same design as the Vapor jersey but there are some minor differences like the material, the cut and the texture. It's around 115 CAD.

All our jerseys are Nike, Puma, or adidas authentic jerseys. We are an official retailer.
